Is my appointment confirmed once I send the message?
No. Your request becomes a confirmed appointment only after reception replies. Send your message on WhatsApp or call the branch, and reception replies during working hours to confirm your appointment.
What are the working hours?
Sunday to Thursday from 2 PM to 10 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Friday closed.
Where are the two branches?
Both branches are in King Fahd District, Riyadh. Taiba 1: Wadi Halfa, King Fahd District. Taiba 2: Al-Owda Building, Olaya General Street, King Fahd District.
Do you offer clear aligners (Invisalign)?
Yes. Orthodontics is available with metal braces and clear aligners (Invisalign), with a certified Invisalign provider at Taiba 1 and Taiba 2.
How do I know which dentist suits my case?
Choose what is closest to your case in "What brings you in today?" and we suggest the service and the dentists linked to it, or ask reception directly. The dentist decides the treatment after the exam.
Do I need to write health information in my WhatsApp message?
No. The branch and the reason for your visit are enough. Health details are discussed with the dentist at the clinic.
